So far I have been happy with the insurance. Since I do have insurance it would be easier and more convenient as a policy holder if Pets Best would work with more Veterinarians clinics and help pay directly to the vet instead of having to pay everything at a visit and then submit a claim. Since the amounts are clear of up to what will be covered for example with wellness visits why can't we just pay the difference by me and the rest be paid by me. I don't agree that some vets only do this with insurances they have a relationship with. It should be equal across the board with insurance companies if the pet owners are being responsible and making sure our fur babies are getting the coverage and routine care.
