Great service, and absolutely paid our bill as promised, which is most important, but communication could be better. When trying to check on the status of our claim, we never got through by phone (waited on hold over 30 minutes twice), and our email and text inquiries were never answered. Our claim never showed on the website as in process, it went from "received" to "paid" after about 3 weeks. As new customers, this was concerning, we won'the woerythromycin next time.
