I have had pet insurance with petsbest for many years with my dog. And I havent complained about the huge increase in monthly payments. I work in the vet field as a tech and I understand why it increases. I’m just disappointed that For how much I pay it doesn’t cover as much as I am to believed. And they called my work asking how much I’ve paid and I’ve paid over 700 on my bill and they only paid 100. It’s just kind of rubbed me the wrong way and I’ve considered looking into other insurances. Petsbest has been amazing up until the last 2 years. And I’m slightly offended how they called my work and drilled my coworker like they didn’t trust me?
