My deductible was not clear and I definitely thought I would be getting more of a reimbursement on my dog's emergency vet visits. The ease of submitting the claim was nice. But it took them 4 or 5 attempts to get my dogs records from my vet and my vet sent them over multiple times. I had to call them to explain she didn't have records in 2019 because she wasn't taken to the vet that year before they would process my claims. Sat on hold for literally 21 mins for a 1 min conversation.
