so far I have been really pleased with the insurance. my first claim was paid. But I have had trouble getting through to an operator, because I am confused about something in an email I got from the company. Do I only get reimbursed for ONE preventative claim? We still have more vaccines, neutering and micro-chipping to go. Will those claims be paid or was my first claim the only one that will be covered? I am confused and can't seem to get clear answers.
