The people are wonderful, friendly, and are truly concerned for your peace of mind. The only improvement I can think of is the turn around time for the checks. It is usually 3 weeks. However, what is worse, is if there is more information they need it ends up being the same wait time as if starting a brand new claim making it 6 weeks.
