My only problem with Pets Best is when it comes to paying claims. It takes way to long to pay a medical claim. Also they don't pay close enough attention to certain claims. When a claim is submitted for a combination heartworm and flea medicine they pay it under the heartworm benefit and don't cover it under the flea benefit until you let them know they made an error. Then you have to wait longer for reimbursement of the remainder of the claim after they review it. I am glad I have the insurance to fall back on, but improvement needs to be made in processing claims.
