I would give Pets Best five stars except they need to step up the speed in answering calls and processing claims. If they do not, be prepared to be on hold up to or over an hour waiting to get someone live. Claim processing took over a month. I wanted to have a live chat twice, but that was unavailable and was told I may hear back within a week about my chat inquiry.
I have faith that they will figure out the snags which largely could be due to Covid-19. Once I actually got someone on the phone, he was very helpful.
I otherwise highly recommend Pets Best.
