I frequently refer friends and colleagues to Pets Best. Claims process is simple and I've never had the "hassle" that many people refer to with other companies. My only "complaint" is that since the Pandemic, response time has increased substantially. Normal process was taking 7-10 days. Now it is taking about 3 - 4 weeks.
