I have eight dogs, four of which are with Pets Best. I totally loved Pets Best in the beginning but now trying to get through to them on the phone is impossible. I am presently on hold and have been holding for over 33 minutes!!! I had to hang up a couple of days ago because I was holding for over 30 minutes so here we go again....I have two claims outstanding for over a month. They sent it to my vet for review 22 days after receiving it, which means it may take an additional 30 days or more to collect payment for an emergency visit for one of my dogs who got bit by a spider. I sent ALL of the physicians notes so I am not sure why they needed anything further. Right now I am very disappointed and we can not keep blaming everything on the virus. Why can't Customer Service Reps answer the phone from home?? Still holding btw; time holding 35:28
