My first two claims were reviewed fast and went towards my deductible. But my recent claim first got rejected for no respond from vet, then I reclaimed and took charge of providing all vet reports, second time got approved taking one month.
Reaching customer service by phone was 52 minutes wait but the representative was super nice and knowledgeable!
All and all I expected faster service!
