SLOW claims processing - even for routine services (well check vaccines)
Hour long wait times for customer service reps to answer phones
Claims adjuster didn't recognize Canine Bortadella as a vaccine and didn't pay it until I brought it to their attention
Really bad - reason I'm leaving two stars instead of one is because people I have spoken to have been pleasant - not their fault the company is so bad
