I have nothing bad to say about PetsBest except the longer wait times to process a claim and get reimbursement. When you’re out several thousand dollars, getting the reimbursement back in a timely manner is super important to most people. That being said, I have gotten what I should and they have taken care of everything per the policy. I have told my family/friends to get insurance.
