the coverage amount and reimbursement program is very unclear. I received a vaccination bill for new puppy. I paid $173.00 at time of service. My reimbursement was only $93.00
No detailed info, just the lump sum, with no explanation. Not a good value at all, based on
me purchasing the fully comprehensive program, that includes wellness. I don't see the value here!
