I have been paying for almost $150 each month for several years. So far I requested claims twice. I was reimbursed $0 for the 1st claim. In the 2nd claim, I paid for almost $400 for my dog’s accident injury treatment. Per your email, you will reimburse me $8. This is ridiculous.
Also, the reimbursement process took long time. So far I still have not received the payment.
