Customer service appalling. Intransigent and prepared to lose thousands in future business for the sake of £2.99!
Have used for a while spending £100 a month so such a decision obviously raises questions about management.
Won't be using again and would advise anyone else to beware. Examine every click you make on the website or you may not get what you think. No mistakes tolerated even if not your fault.
