I ordered my dog’s food and it arrived the very next day — perfectly packed and exactly as described. Really impressed with how quick and easy the whole process was.

5th time order with Petshop and very impressed. I ordered my dog food at 8pm and it arrived next day with dhl. It was securely boxed and best value. The customer service team are uk based and always lovely to speak to. Can’t recommend enough.

Amazing customer service, above and beyond, used for years with no issues and recently sorted out an issue that wasn't their fault (faulty product) much better than the manufacturer did.

I have used this company on a number of occassions to buy Encore for my cats. The price is always competitive and it clearly states if items are in stock with time frame for delivery. Any enquiries that I have had I just call customer services who are always pleasant and my query is quickly resolved. No issues with packaging on delivery and delivery has always been within the timeframe.

Ordered tablets for dogs, paid express delivery and 6 days later still not received order. Phoned to chase but company is not interested, just apologised and said there was nothing they could do! Just not good enough I’m afraid, hence I won’t use again and a pretty poor review

Warning for this company Warning! Purchased Royal Canin cat food from this seller, but what I received was not authentic. The product originated from Russia and had a very unpleasant smell. When I tried to return it, I was unfairly charged £7 for return packaging—even though it was not my fault. This experience has made me lose trust in this company, and I will not be purchasing from them again.

I've actually been happy with my orders so far. But this time after a week had passed since my last order, I sent them an e-mail asking where my order was. I waited for an answer from them all day but did not get it. When I checked my order myself, I saw that it had not shipped yet. The next day, I received an incomprehensible e-mail from them stating that it had not been 5 business days yet and that they were closed on the weekend. However, I placed my order on Wednesday and today is Tuesday. I am very sorry about this communication and operation problem with the seller. Apparently something has changed. I regretfully deleted my account.

Used to be brilliant, we have 6 dogs so have a lot of bottomless bowls delivery. Never had a problem before but once I made a delivery to my Fathers address it all went wrong. The system defaulted to my Fathers address. We live 150 miles apart! Whilst the company have apologised and are arranging a return, there was no acceptance that their system could be wrong, obviously haven’t heard of the post office scandle! Now have the hassle of finding another company

We shall AVOID this company because a recent order was unsatisfactory for 3 different reasons: Two 15kg bags were wrapped as one, and we consider 30kg is too heavy for delivery personnel (and us) The wrapping was inadequate, being thin plastic sheet which had torn where grabbed, with 2 holes in the food bag and the contents spilling out (not the courier's fault) The food is due to go stale within less than 2 months from shipment.

Money taken 3 weeks ago. No order. I have emailed and was told it will be with you with 48 hours. Still no order. I have called and they said they would look into it and call me back, they didn’t. I called again today, was waiting for 40 minutes for someone to answer my call and I Was Then cut off. Still trying to get a refund.!

Paid for express delivery still waiting 7 days later they said it would Definitely be here Today just checked DHL they say Tuesday nearly a fortnight later .when you ring there is always a long queue will never use this company again

Hermes/Evri failed to deliver my petshop.co.uk parcel - its been delivered to some unknown address. Why they insist on using a courier company that is renown for being extremely unreliable is beyond me! Whilst thats extremely frustrating, its the Petshop.co.uk non-existent customer service that makes everything 100% worse. No response whatsoever to any emails, just been completely ignored. On hold forever to their phone lines and never get through to anyone - just annoying muzak on a loop for over an hour before you want to pull your hair out n hang up - the fact they are constantly "experiencing a high volume of calls" tells you everything you need to know about how they've shoddily let their business slip. So I've still not got my order nor my money back and cant speak to anyone from the company. I am now having to escalate to the retail ombudsmen.

Do not use don't respond to emails, you don't get your order, going to wait another week as there supposedly getting an order in, if not then I'll have to await a refund, poor customer service,poor communication, DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS!!! APPAULING COMPANY
