We shall AVOID this company because a recent order was unsatisfactory for 3 different reasons: Two 15kg bags were wrapped as one, and we consider 30kg is too heavy for delivery personnel (and us) The wrapping was inadequate, being thin plastic sheet which had torn where grabbed, with 2 holes in the food bag and the contents spilling out (not the courier's fault) The food is due to go stale within less than 2 months from shipment.

Money taken 3 weeks ago. No order. I have emailed and was told it will be with you with 48 hours. Still no order. I have called and they said they would look into it and call me back, they didn’t. I called again today, was waiting for 40 minutes for someone to answer my call and I Was Then cut off. Still trying to get a refund.!

Paid for express delivery still waiting 7 days later they said it would Definitely be here Today just checked DHL they say Tuesday nearly a fortnight later .when you ring there is always a long queue will never use this company again

Food made my dogs ill, no apology and the issue still isn’t resolved. Avoid this company at all costs

Hermes/Evri failed to deliver my petshop.co.uk parcel - its been delivered to some unknown address. Why they insist on using a courier company that is renown for being extremely unreliable is beyond me! Whilst thats extremely frustrating, its the Petshop.co.uk non-existent customer service that makes everything 100% worse. No response whatsoever to any emails, just been completely ignored. On hold forever to their phone lines and never get through to anyone - just annoying muzak on a loop for over an hour before you want to pull your hair out n hang up - the fact they are constantly "experiencing a high volume of calls" tells you everything you need to know about how they've shoddily let their business slip. So I've still not got my order nor my money back and cant speak to anyone from the company. I am now having to escalate to the retail ombudsmen.

Do not use don't respond to emails, you don't get your order, going to wait another week as there supposedly getting an order in, if not then I'll have to await a refund, poor customer service,poor communication, DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS!!! APPAULING COMPANY

Ordered cat food and litter. Text from courier (Yodel) stating order would be delivered today between 9:09am-11:09am. Yodel tracking not working. After 2pm attempted live chat with yodel where the agent said he would look at where my delivery was only for him to end the chat without getting back to me. Rang petshop.co.uk and spoke to a polite woman who said she would contact them from her end and get back to me, guess what? Never got back to me! Waited in all day and parcel finally arrived 7 hours late!! Customer service non-existent from Petshop.co.uk or Yodel. Have used this company before but never again.

I used this company for a year or so mainly for dog food and treats until I realised they had charged me for dog treats that had been discontinued and were no longer arriving with my orders. I have my order on repeat so didn't realise initially as I assumed I wouldn't have been charged. However I looked back over invoices, against my bank statements and realised I was charged at the point of order, and for the items that were out of stock. Contacted customer service and 'Claire' who dealt with my query was totally useful and unhelpful and simply denied that I had been charged and did nothing about it. DON'T ignore the negative reviews. You might be be lucky and have an ok experience with them initially...until something goes wrong and then you're dealing with an untrustworthy company out to take your money. Avoid this company and buy through more trustworthy suppliers.

Really bad service, waited for 5 weeks for delivery of a product and at the end was told that it is out of stock, poor communication. Will never use them again

Terrible experience with this company. Paid for express delivery 10 days later still nothing. Case opened but not resolved and they closed it. I still haven't received my dog's food and now the tracking number doesn't work. Can't get through on the phone (30mins on hold) basically a very poor show on their part. This was my first order with them (based on the reviews) and it will be my last, when and if I get my money back or the package arrives.

Terrible, slow delivery not as advertised and very defensive and unhelpful when you complain. I won't be using this company again as its happened more than once and their customer service is very poor and dismissive attitude is not helpful

Awful customer service! I purchased an item from their website, then one week later received an email stating that they cannot locate the item from their suppliers and would I like to swap it for another. I replied saying that I would prefer a refund. Two days later I receive a reply telling me that I have not yet been charged for this item as it have not been dispatched, however my bank account says otherwise and clearly shows that the funds have been deducted from my account. I supplied a copy of my bank statement and again requested my refund. Only to be told again that I have not been charged for this item and recommended to contact their bank to find out what is going on. This matter is still ongoing and I have to wait two days per response from their customer services. I still await my refund, something I would consider to be a simple process. I will not be using this service again and will certainly use a more professional outfit in future. Avoid!!

This is the second order I've placed and not had the delivery date met . Having e mailed over the extra delivery charge I've been asked to pay , I'm told it will take up to three days to get back to me . Atrocious customer service

Buyers Beware! I purchased three cases of dog food. Nearly three weeks later I received an email saying it was out of stock but they would have it in in the next day and would send it out. A week later I called to chase. Very poor customer service. Girl I spoke to said one case was there, but they were waiting for the other two! (Send the one case out at least)! She agreed to send the one she had out that day and I would receive it the following day. Surprise surprise I did not receive it. Called customer services again. Another girl, more unhelpful than the first did not seem to care. Remember folks, sometimes cheaper is not always the best! Will never shop here again!
