“5th time order with Petshop and very impressed. I ordered my dog food at 8pm and it arrived next day with dhl. It was securely boxed and best value. The customer service team are uk based and always lovely to speak to. Can’t recommend enough.”

“I have used this company on a number of occassions to buy Encore for my cats. The price is always competitive and it clearly states if items are in stock with time frame for delivery. Any enquiries that I have had I just call customer services who are always pleasant and my query is quickly resolved. No issues with packaging on delivery and delivery has always been within the timeframe.”

“Have used this company for a number of years - never any issues, and always courteous and polite on the phone and very helpful. Ignore the neg feedback, don't know what's gone on there but i rely on Petshop.co.uk.. great product and packaging, great prices and prompt delivery. What more could you ask for?”

“It is a new online website with an amazing range of Pet Products/ food, toys etc. Free delivery over £19.99. Prices are excellent. But the main thing the site is run through the Princes Trust - so all in all Good Value for money and helping a very worth charitable trust.”
