I ordered from PetShop and was happy with the first order. Then a few days later I was, without ordering, billed for and sent another similar order, which has also arrived. I have tried to contact the company but they are currently accepting only emails, saying they aim to get back to me within two working days. In the meantime I see they are billing me for yet another batch of cat food, which I haven't ordered. I have repeatedly looked at their website and can find nowhere that I can correct any order that I might have made. Grrrrrr!!!!
