Unsatisfactory customer service from Megan
This person was abrupt uncourteous and in no way willing to help, accusing her fellow workmate of blatantly lying to me and totally misleading me.
Her telephone manner is blunt and seriously In need of retraining If pet shop and vet shop don’t wish to lose more customers.
This is not the first time she has spoken to me in this abrupt manner when trying to place a large order.
Sometimes it’s worth paying a little bit more for good customer service.
