Recently placed a first order with Petwell for 2 boxes of the same item at a very good price. Delivered quite quickly but missing one box. Contacted customer services and received the missing item in no time at all. Very pleased. Been a long time since I've experienced such an efficient and friendly customer service response! Give them 5 stars for that alone.
