Have been buying from them for years and recommended to many. Recently I went to buy something and they wanted 15.99 for postage. I had previous sent about 4 emails asking them to contact me regarding the issue and after months they eventually replied with a (not our problem) attitude. I live on the mainland but they say it's classed as the Highlands. It's perthshire not the shetlands. Did even say they would look into it or nothing. Just lost a good customer and I will spread the word

They are advertising free delivery when you spend over 35 yet they charged me £8. A manager was supposed to call. It wasn't a manager. I missed the call. She emailed and then never bothered responding. Will never shop with these liars again. They are falsely advertising and then cannot be bothered to resolve a customers issue. Shocking company

Placed an order dye between 28th August and 1st September but had not received dispatch noticed by 1st so contacted. Took days to be told of "Stock issues" and that I would either get a dispatch or refund - this was Monday! Heard nothing until I chased again today to be told I'd be refunded. If you can't fulfill orders then either place item out of stock or don't take money until you've dispatched. Not at all happy and would advise to avoid. Cheap prices but unfortunately they can't provide the service.

If i could give minus I would. Ordered some dog food on repeat (ever 4 weeks) notified it was dispatched and eagerly awaited order. Nothing came so chased with courier who said they had no record. This happened over the course of 20/04 till now. Sent lots of emails chasing this. Got responded to with vague apologies and no clear indication of when I could expect my order. I'm convinced they oversold the product and just left us short. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Avoid!

Avoid this company like the plague. I placed a significant order for dog food on May 7th. I still have not received anything. On emailing them I received feeble excuse about their warehouse but no firm delivery date. I can’t feed my dogs on excuses. I have asked for a full refund. They were quick enough to take my order. They were quick enough to take my money. They have not made any attempt to make a refund. Dishonest and disreputable.

I placed my order which was not received After 2 weeks I contacted pet well and was told they were moving warehouses After a further 2 weeks still no order received Contacted them again asking for a refund No apologies and then took a further 2 weeks and more emails to finally get my refund Will note not to use this company again.

Placed my order on the 22nd of April. Today is the 5th of May and I am still waiting. They have provided me with no tracking number because the item has not even been dispatched yet. Apparently they are having some issues in the warehouse. The items are actually in stock also they say it takes them ages to get back to you. I managed to get their telephone number when I went onto Google but that just rings out They are the worst company ever do not I repeat do not waste your money

I wish I could give zero stars, as they are not even worth 1. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and its still not been dispatched. I emailed them and did get a reply that they had changed warehouse sites and have staff shortages, but I do not even believe that is true after reading all the awful reviews about them. I emailed them again 3 days ago, and despite their website stating they respond in 1 day, I have still not had a reply. I have emailed them again today to demand a refund now. Their customer services tel no on the intranet is dead so you cannot call them. They are an appauling company - stay well clear!!!!

I ordIered dog food 10 days ago. they took £110 out of my account and it has not arrived. Emails have gone unanswered. Im a pensioner and this is a lot of money for me. I dont understand the positive reviews given, which i checked before buying. i dont know what to do now.

Ordered a pet bowl ,was never dispatched but have taken money for it ,no reply to e mails or phone calls ,how is this company allowed to trade ,they are thieves ,100s of complaints on various sites including trust pilot

Order placed on 6th April....still not even left the warehouse, calls go unanswered, emails take days to be answered! When it is apparently they're moving premises. I understand that but keep people in the loop of what's going on? Emails are easy enough to send, a little respect and response to people go a long way.....

I've been chasing a refund for almost a month. They've admitted to the item getting lost in transit and that I was due a refund. This was over a month ago, and in that time they've ignored about 15 emails. Do not give them a single penny
