Have been buying from them for years and recommended to many. Recently I went to buy something and they wanted 15.99 for postage.
I had previous sent about 4 emails asking them to contact me regarding the issue and after months they eventually replied with a (not our problem) attitude. I live on the mainland but they say it's classed as the Highlands. It's perthshire not the shetlands. Did even say they would look into it or nothing. Just lost a good customer and I will spread the word
