Avoid this company like the plague. I placed a significant order for dog food on May 7th. I still have not received anything. On emailing them I received feeble excuse about their warehouse but no firm delivery date. I can’t feed my dogs on excuses.
I have asked for a full refund. They were quick enough to take my order. They were quick enough to take my money. They have not made any attempt to make a refund.
Dishonest and disreputable.
