order a qty of cat food tins.
The order was sent 2nd Sept and we are now on the 10th sept and still awaiting delivery.
The tracking information was useless until yesterday where it updated to say the parcel is delayed, I guessed that ?
I contacted customer service and they sent the auto email saying a response will be provided in One day , well one day later at 5.05pm no answer.
If the parcel does eventually arrive I will not order again as they are a waste of time .
Im a new customer and this is dreadful service , what a poor first impression.
