Items shown in stock when they are not. No one bother’s to contact you to let you know. When they decide to answer the phone they promise a refund that never shows up forcing to make a complaint to your payment provider. Very bad service all round, will not be shopping with Petwell again

I ordered a pack of 6 Frontline plus for dogs in mid October and, because I had to register my dog's details, the company knows I have only one dog. The use by date is July 2022. If administered every 8 weeks starting immediately, it would be the end of July before the last one is used, which doesn't give any leeway on timing. I have one phial still to use up, which will mean throwing one from this order away, so they're not such good value for money as they appear. I've never received such a short use by date from any other company and I've been using Frontline for many years.

Very disappointed that I was able to pay for super speedy delivery for an out of stock item, which was delivered after we had left to go on holiday, and my request to deliver to our holiday location was ignored, so had to buy item elsewhere to get through the holiday. It was eventually waiting for us when we got home. Won’t be ordering again.

Great products, they took a month to arrive and they only gave me an update when I chased my order. A quick email to say my order was delayed due to staff isolating would have been appreciated. By the time the treatment was delivered all 4 of my cats had fleas!

Products are really good but unfortunately the time it takes for the goods to be delivered is really poor!!!! Goods took over two weeks to arrive.

I’ve used petwell several times and usually they are great however this time one of the tubs of treats had broken apart and they all fell all over the floor when the packaging was removed so obviously couldn’t be used

Every time I order from there the delivery is so slow. Customer service is good and does generally refund me the postage fees.

Delivery took much longer than expected. When my order did arrive, one item was missing, two Incorrect items were included, and there was no invoice. Everything has now been sorted satisfactorily.

Packing was not good, just plastic bag so Frontline flea treatment arrived crushed which may or may not have been the cause of the cardboard pack being open. Probably not so I dont know why it had been opened. Pipettes seemed ok though but not impressed.

Screwed up on my order, didn't despatch it as they informed me that they had, it was despatched four days later. a glitch in their computer was the reason given for the delay.

I placed an order on the 26th April, It wasn't processed until the 5th May 21. i had to wait nearly 2 weeks for my order.

Very slow delivery. Petwell used Whisl as courier. Tracking the parcel it appeared to be in transit long enough to travel around the world. As long as they use this courier I would not use it again.

I ordered some medication that my dog relies on, and paid extra for 'express' shipping, described at 1-3 days which meant they would arrive just in time as my current batch as due to run out. Ordered on a Tuesday evening, and expected the enzymes to arrive Friday/Saturday on the 'express tracked delivery'. The enzymes had not arrived until the following Monday by which point we had ran out of medication and our boy was poorly. As it was the weekend my local vet was closed, and I had to go on the Monday morning to buy some medication from the vet. I fell that to describe delivery of important medication as 'express' when it arrives almost a week after the order is placed is misleading.

Products arrived as ordered but paid for express delivery (24 hours) and delivery took over a week. When I e mailed to ask when delivery would occur and if I would have a refund for the express cost I had a one sentence reply and no mention of a refund. So happy with product but awful customer service.
