I bought several items, some of which were postage-included. I ended up paying a lot for postage while all of the items, including those that were postage-included, arrived in the same package. What a rip-off!! Shan't be using Petwell again.

Selection of products was good. However having paid £2.99 for delivery I would expect delivery to take less than 8 days.

In the morning I placed my order and paid the extra for 1 day delivery. My item was only processed the NEXT day and then sent by Royal Mail 48 and NOT Royal Mail 24 as expected. My emails to the company querying this were ignored until the after the item was sent. I will not use this company again.

As per our discussion, all delivery timeframes are from the moment an order is dispatched which can take 1 to 2 working days. Unfortunately very poor, placed an order on December 21st, when not arrived or heard anything emailed. Payment had been taken on the 21st, but the order not processed as one of 7 items out of stock! Other 6 items sent with promises of the remaining item being sent the next week when back in stock. Waited over 2 weeks, no sign or information on missing item, emailed again, only to be told it was in stock so they would send it that day. I don’t think any of it would have ever arrived if I had not kept emailing, and time from being told it was sent, to actually receiving where slow. Giving 2 stars only because customer service replied quickly, and always very polite and helpful. Just unfortunate I had to keep chasing. Would not recommend- sorry petwell more organisation required.

Charged for item out of stock. Second product ordered (cat litter) was not silica as described but clay. Very disappointing service.

Quick delivery. Whilst the pipettes looked undamaged, the Box arrived completely open with none of the usually leaflets etc inside which looked as though it had been opened by someone?

Delivery to Northern Ireland was very slow and items on the order came in separate deliveries .....again days apart. Would hesitate to use again unfortunately.
