ordering ok. delivery a nother thing paying for a delivery that took 7 days not on

I paid for next day delivery but turned up later - not at all impressed. - would appreciate a refund for the delivery charge - was thinking of buying another 2 carriers but your delivery times let you down.

I ordered over £50 worth of goods only to find my orde was split into two and charged me postage! First part of orde arrived quickly, but had to wait over a week for second part of order. Seems a bit strange why the order was split. Don't think I will be reordering.

Dear Bridget Thank you for your recent order. Please accept our apologies for any confusion caused by the separate shipments of your order. All products on our website are either: 1. “Shipping included”(highlighted orange in the basket) 2. “Regular” (highlighted blue in the basket) The “shipping included” items are despatched from a different warehouse via a 3-5 days service and therefore we are unable to combine these into the same consignment. The differences between both types are explained in more detail at the top of the basket page and we are continuously improving to help make this clearer to customers.
