Ordered at the weekend, after 7 days the items had not arrived so contacted customer support, a re-order was entered. This time I received a tracking number, unfortunately, the order got lost for 3 days but did eventually arrive, 12 days after the original order was placed. Customer service was polite and prompt, shame about delivery issues. Items were in good condition and at a reasonable price.

The two items of Frontline Plus were open and looked used although the contents were intact. The outside packaging was intact therefore the contents were packed in that condition. Very disappointed.

Reasonably priced products, quickly delivered in 2 days. But the customer service on mail is a bit slow, and quite poor on the phone. Room for improvement :)

Price and range OK but deliveries are haphazard and unreliable - one order of several items can arrive in multiple separate consignments, and scheduled-date deliveries can arrive days after or even before their due date, annoying and disruptive either way. Unless you can get a great price on an item and are prepared to put up with the delivery hassle, I'd look elsewhere.

Items arrived with no issue but unimpressed that you now use DPD to send out and charge delivery! This item fits through letterbox and used to be sent by Royal Mail with no delivery charge.

My cat loves all the soft food products I order. However, I have been disappointed about the condition of the packaging, for the last 2 deliveries, with corners of the boxes squashed, and the outer bag having holes/tears in it. I was also concerned that the delivery driver initially left my order on the ground, last time, outside my front door, until I opened the door and asked him to pass it up to me; I do not feel outside my front door is a secure place to leave it.

The only disappointment is the short expiry date on the product.

Order came on time this month but shame the delivery service left it with the packaging ripped up causing wildlife to help themselves to it. Would have been nice to have received a phone call to say where they left it.

Customer service is worth five stars; however, three stars given here as quality of 12.5kg Westland Horticulture Bucktons Peanuts In Shell in this order was very poor. The peanuts were extremely small and nowhere near the quality of this brand I have had in previous orders. I will not be ordering the Bucktons brand again, but will instead order the 11.3kg AEJ Nuts in Shell for Birds.

Disappointing service. I paid for express delivery ordered on a Tuesday and did not receive my order until 9 days later. So far flea product seems fine and my dogs like the toothpaste.

Petwell are great although I think they should go back to using Hermes delivery service, the 'next day delivery' with DHL took 5 days
