“Only good thing is they beat everywhere else on the price. Downside is the delivery service, waste of time paying for premium next day delivery as it comes 4 working days later.”

“I found it impossible to register my home address in france even though I only want products delivered in the uk. In the end I had to register my mothers address. When I contacted the help people to try to find a more acceptable solution they seemed to suffer from a lack of knowledge of the website registration flow as their suggestion would not work. One client could not register their uk address, so I had to order it and get it sent to them, I presume it arrived ok as they have not chased me.”

“Very surprised about the sell by date being June this year....now I understand why they were cheap! But not good for me as I have ordered about 8 months worth. Sell by dates must be made more obvious when ordering”

“11 days after i placed my order and still not arrived i got in touch and they couldn't apologise enough.They sent another one out and it was here the next day. Cant fault the after sale service at all. Thanks Petwell”

“The headline product price is competitive but you do end up paying P&P on top, which brings it to pretty much the same price as those suppliers offering free P&P. Petwells delivery took 5 days, for something I was paying 'extra' for. From past experience I know that some suppliers who include P&P are much quicker than this, sometimes 48 hours.”

“Very difficult to decide what size to buy as the coats are described purely in cms/inches, but give no indication as to which dimension these measurements refer to. The one I bought is a bit small. However, it is a lovely coat and service/delivery was good.”

“My order arrived promptly however the packaging department had a day off and the stand in didn’t know how to securely stick it closed. The missing part arrived a few days later after I complained.”

“Ordered frontline for cats once, Received 2 lots and got charged twice as well. We called Petwell just to check that this order didn't replicate when which they had confirmed that they could only see the one order. not that impressed :-(”

“whilst petwell might be a nice company would definately not rate the frontline plus. Have never had fleas on my dogs in all the time ive used frontline now dogs have fleas and a puppy stopping here also has them , not a happy customer”

“I realised my cat had a couple of fleas on her Friday morning, I found the treatment I wanted to buy that day, and ordered it. Unfortunately, for the cat, it took a whole week to reach me. The value for money was great, I just needed the treatment quicker.”

“Bought an antos wood chew. The idea was that it should not splinter. Sadly there was a large feature down one side, and my dog was able to remove large chunks from this and swallow them. It arrived quickly enough but was poor quality.”

“I can't fault the service of Petwell.co.uk inasmuch as the website was easy to navigate and checkout was straightforward. I ordered a top loading wire mesh cat box which arrived at the time stated and the purchase couldn't have been smoother. However, the cat box itself was a different matter. I attached the carry handle, placed my cat in the box and headed off to the vet. When I lifted the box out of the car the carry handle snapped and the box, complete with cat, crashed to the ground. Thankfully, it didn't open and the cat wasn't hurt but the incident was stressful and the box is now warped and bent out of shape. At £35.00 the box was definitely not worth the money.”
