“I love how handy it is to order online and the fact Petwell supply the products that I need however what I don’t like is when I pay extra postage to have it next day delivery abs then it takes a week to come because the product I ordered wasn’t in the warehouse I feel that’s unfair. I’ve done this twice now. I’ll continue to order from them but won’t do next day delivery again as that just doesn’t happen.”

“Slightly disappointed with service this time round - I had to chase where my order was as no acknowledgement of delay, to be given a standard template reply blaming items out of stock (which weren’t even part of my order) Understand things go wrong from time to time, but worth checking what items are actually on order before using that as the excuse.”

“The cow ears i ordered were of good quality but small. It took 10 days to arrive rather than 3 which was very frustrating as i ordered them so they would arrive before i ran out of other dog snacks. Ended up ordering from somewhere else in the end aswell”

“Good website and choice of products,unfortunately my delivery of medication for my dog took over 7days,not 3-5days as stated, so I had to order the same from another seller as we needed this medication.I did phone customer services to check my order and received a call back,very friendly helpful and apologetic,the medication had just arrived prior to the call.I had received the other order of medication so at least we are well stocked up now.”

“It was said normally dispatched in 1-2 working days it took 4 working days package when it arrived was split and 1 of the3 items was hanging out I’m amazed that all were still intact”

“A lot of the stock was not available. It was easy enough to order and the prices were very reasonable. They do take quite a long time to deliver in comparison with some other companies. My order arrived underaged.”

“When I checked the order status on my account the Items were despatched and there was a tracking ID but no mention who the courier was. I had to phone to find out it was Royal Mail, then I could use the tracking ID.”

“I’m sure Petwell and their products are great but they used Hermes to send my purchase. Hermes aren’t fit for purpose. A dismal delivery company.”

“My order arrived in a flimsy grey bag. Considering these capsules are expensive I would of expected them to be in a Jiffy bag. The box had been squashed in transit but luckily the capsules weren’t damaged.”

“Impressed with the price & the product, exactly as I ordered, but it didn’t come in an easily recyclable cardboard box, as other companies seem to use but in a large plastic bag, which puts me off using Petwell again, unless the company commits to removing unnecessary plastic. John Mayberry”

“The toys I recieved my dogs love them not quite indestructible as described. I would recommend paying for faster shipping standard takes nearly 2 weeks.”
