Slightly disappointed with service this time round - I had to chase where my order was as no acknowledgement of delay, to be given a standard template reply blaming items out of stock (which weren’t even part of my order)
Understand things go wrong from time to time, but worth checking what items are actually on order before using that as the excuse.
