I ordered some ear cleaner which my vet advised me to, I went on google found Petwell but it took 2 weeks to arrive, my pet wasn't well..so no to Petwell..

Great prices but the delivery isn't great Things often don't arrive or pieces of the order are missing That said the customer service is excellent and situations have always been sorted out

Product arrived promptly; however we were disappointed in the appearance of the product. It looked like it had been used before. We decided to keep it because the dog needed it, but we probably would not use this company again.

Too too long for delivery. It did state 1-5 days but when I've seen this before it normally arrives well before then. We had to postpone Jacobs tablet till he came home from kennels

Feliway plug-in wick did not work properly, stayed dry. Only order one as had not used this company before. Very disappointed.

I’m afraid I have had to rate in this way because I was not sent the product I ordered - I had deliberately searched online for the same comb that the vet had used and recommended, and which suited my small hand, but the one sent was curved and not what I wanted I have therefore had to return it and I am still awaiting confirmation that’s it’s beed received and my money back.

Ordered two items one was £18 which was free postage. The other was £1.80 and tiny which I was charged £2. Why not put them together. The dispatch time was 3 to 4 days from ordering and then another 3 to 4 days to arrive. Terrible service in this day and age. Will it use again

The product was fine. But then the product was a bag of branded cat food, not much to go wrong there. My issue is with your delivery methods. I am fully aware, having had it pointed out by a member of your team, that it is my own fault I did not receive the package in what I considered to be reasonable time, I should have read the terms. However I am still amazed that I could be expected to pay more than £5 for a designated next day delivery which arrives 4 days after I ordered it. Just not good enough. Though I now understand this is just the way you guys work and I should have ordered it earlier there is still little hope of me using your site again as I don't feel it is good enough to have waited 4 days for such an expensive delivery option and, to add insult to injury, your team member was quick to respond to tell me that the 4 day delivery was indeed correct and I should have read the terms but when I responded to say I found this disappointing they didn't bother to respond at all. Charming.

I ordered dog rocks on 21/03 and they was dispatched on 23/03 but unfortunately they hadn't turned up by 06/04. On the plus side when I rang Petwell to ask where they were I was dealt with politely and efficiently and have been promised they will send me new ones asap. These things happen!

I placed an order with you on Thursday 15th March for a Feliway refill for my cat and did not receive it until Wednesday 28th March some 13 days which is well over the expected delivery of 5-6 days. I know the item was dispatched to me on Friday 16th March, the next day but it still took a long time to arrive.

I liked the coat but the popper broke on second wearing. I had to get in touch to get label to send it back but 2 weeks later have still not been refunded.

This products doesn't work. Don't kill fleas, don t protect against tick and doesn't stop the development of fleas eggs. I use the fleas and tick spray as well on his bed and my cat still have fleas. I am using every beginning of the month. I regularly put the drop in between his shoulder and in the middle of his neck, on his skin but the result of this product is not working.

Quite disappointed in the way in which I received this single order for in three separate mailings and that i actually ended up waiting 10 days for receipt of the whole order as a result. Appreciate I didn’t pay for express delivery - but I didn’t pay for delivery by camel either!
