Unfortunately very poor, placed an order on December 21st, when not arrived or heard anything emailed. Payment had been taken on the 21st, but the order not processed as one of 7 items out of stock! Other 6 items sent with promises of the remaining item being sent the next week when back in stock. Waited over 2 weeks, no sign or information on missing item, emailed again, only to be told it was in stock so they would send it that day. I don’t think any of it would have ever arrived if I had not kept emailing, and time from being told it was sent, to actually receiving where slow. Giving 2 stars only because customer service replied quickly, and always very polite and helpful. Just unfortunate I had to keep chasing. Would not recommend- sorry petwell more organisation required.
