I had a great experience buying from Petwell but I have now spent 2 weeks and several emails trying to return an item and have had no response at all!
You need a returns code and address in order to return an item which you can only get by email. However there is no response to my emails.
Don't buy any items you are not 100% certain you will not need to return!
