Customer service non existent. Instructions state if you need to return an item that you have to contact them to get a return shipment label, which has proven to be impossible as they do not respond to emails. Have emailed 4 times, I got an automated response saying they are busier because of the Christmas period - it’s nearly the end of January so why is their auto response still referring to Christmas?
I am left with an item that is not suitable and unable to return it. Would not recommend and will never order from them again
