Bought some items but got the wrong ones (my fault) so rang and spoke to Maddy who arranged a swop. The correct goods were delivered and the wrong ones collected with no fuss. Brilliant service and thank you Maddy very much - you have a lovely manner on the phone and are a credit to the firm.
