Both item's where ordered at the same time (one needed for upstairs/one needed for downstairs) only one arrived two day's later,other one didn't arrive till a full week later!! NO Customer Service Telephone Number to find out what was going on,just a stupid e.mail address!! Absolutely disgraceful set-up!! Will NEVER use this company ever again!!
