I hadn't heard anything about my order and when I phoned up to check, it appeared that part of my order was no longer available and the order had gone on hold. The service operator was really helpful in resolving the issues, issuing me a refund for the non-available part and expediting the remainder of my order. Gratefully appreciated, especially over the Festive period.
