This is due to the terrible delivery company you use--Hermes.
Will not use Petwell again if you continue to use them. Shame because everything else is excellent, in particular your customer services team and your prices.
I would have bought my Arden Grange from you but will opt for a company who don't use Hermes to deliver. .
If you read my e mails to your excellent customer service team you will understand why.
I suggest you read "Trustpilot" on Hermes.
