From our first enquiry call to our moving in, Sales Executive, Kim Gibbs,, has been amazing. It is clearly not just a job for Kim but a vocation. She really cares about her customers and genuinely wants them to be happy in their new homes. We reserved the plot from the outset and it has been fascinating to see the original patch of mud morph into a beautiful home. Kim involved us at every stage and was always ready to answer questions, check preferences where there were options etc. In fact, the whole Peveril team on this site have been marvellous. Under the watchful eye of site managers like Dan, there seems to be a culture of genuine pride in workmanship amongst the whole team of builders and their associates. We have now move in. Obviously time will tell, but so far we are thrilled with our lovely new home.
