Customer service is so poor if I could give no stars at all I would, towbar delivered with most parts missing and wasnt the witter make i paid for when I phoned to query guys on customer services were so rude and unhelpful, would not send missing parts or a replacement. I sent back the parts I got over a month ago and still haven't received a refund. Tried phoning again and again very unhelpful still no refund even though they have towbar back. Avoid using this company.
