“Great service mark looked after me when my towbar stuck he came out to the car took it off and sorted the problem out would recommend them they also rewired and put a new relay box in quick time I would give mark 10 out of 10 for service great guy with great customer service.”

“I really didn’t want to leave a negative review about this company but have to do so as the courier is not responding to me.
Firstly I have been in touch with my Legal representative who informs me that my contract is with PF Jones and not the COWBOY COURIER COMPANY DHL .
I have tried to contact DHL parcels who informed me to contact PF Jones after DHL refused to deliver my parcel as they FEEL IT IS ACCEPTABLE FOR THERE DRIVERS TO DRIVE LIKE LUNATICS IN MY YARD WHEN NOT EVEN DELIVERING TO ME AND CHURN UP MY YARD THROWING STONES ALL OVER THE PLACE SHOWERING MY VEHICLES CAUSING STONE CHIPS TO PAINT WORK AND WINDSCREENS.

Parcel eventually arrived after DHL told an employee of PF Jones that the recipient was rude the last time they delivered to the next door neighbour regarding the driving standards of their driver! The Rude person (OWNER) of the damaged vehicles was actually myself.
I have now been contacting PF JONES customer services for over a week now regarding the delay of this parcel and then once received to ask about missing item and therefore cancelling order.
I had requested to speak with manger or higher only to be informed there was no one above these 2 guys.
The customer service advisor at PF JONES has advised that he will look into this in January 2023 when he returns from holiday .”

Terribly packaged items meant they were damaged on arrival. Terrible customer service from extremely unhelpful and rude people on the phone in various departments. Incorrect items sent which were incompatible and no alternative offered other than a refund leaving me with a towbar with no wiring and a large bill from my mechanic.
Will never use again”

Purchased a tow bar, installation and a bike rack (£900) & the transaction was very smooth.
Initial home installer left whilst admitting he hadn't checked it all worked, but would be fine - it didn't work. After 3 installer visits in total and 5-weeks & of me chasing and PF asking me to go out, take photos and buy new fuses for the parts they provided, it was fixed, confirming it wasn't installed correctly - not earthed.
Mistakes happen, but I paid a lot for install and despite acknowledgement from PF throughout that it wasn't acceptable, the final conclusion was "we don't provide compensation". Poor service considering the amount of running around I had to do having already paid for supply and install. I would not recommend”

They don't respond to emails if you find an email inbox that isn't full. They don't answer their phones.
Thry cancel the order but don't issue a refund.

I booked a mobile towbar fitting service back in May 2020.
They came and fitted the towbar but left my car with numerous issues and in an undrivable state.
They came back a week later and at least got the car driveable but still with major electrical issues.
They advised me to go and get the issues resolved elsewhere and they would cover the costs. I had the issues resolved by my local dealership, turns out it was a simple issue and they had simply plugged the electrics together incorrectly.
Now having paid for this repair out of my own pocket they are not honouring their promise to pay for the works that were required to remediate the problems that they left on my car.
I booked the mobile service which is definitely a more expensive option as I was looking for convenience.
In the end I've had weeks of hassle, my car off the road for a week and now I'm out of pocket as well.
I thought at first they were just incompetent but can accept that mistakes happen and as long as its sorted quickly then no big deal.
However I now regard them as outright dishonest.

“They sold me a Witter 4 bike carrier. They were able to keep my carrier in store and send it so that I had it delivered on the day I wanted. The bike was missing a key but PF Jones managed to find me another one and get it to me quickly.”
