Easily some of the worst service I've experienced in South Africa.
They don't log claims, impossible to get hold off, excuse after excuse, mistake after mistake. No accountability, phones barely work, sitting on 2.5 weeks to get a side window repaired at this point. Dysfunctional excuse for a company.
And there's nothing you can do. Insurance claims through them, and as a customer all you can is wait. Hopeless.
