Had a chip repaired in Centurion today. The tablet screen I had to sign was visibly filthy. The printer gave troubles when my invoice was printed. Suggestions: 1. Clean the tablet. 2. Provide a stylus to sign the tablet screen. 3. Explain the process and don't let the client sit and wonder what the progress is. 4. offer to email the invoice instead of printing it.

Had the worts service ever from the Sunningdale branch. Instead of fixing a chip, they made it worse. The assistantwas also VERY reluctant to log my claim. Told me to do it myself.

Had an appointment with PG Glass Wonderboom Branch in Pretoria for 14:00 today to fit the windscreen of my Toyota Hilux. I was contacted on 15 November and informed that the windscreen arreived, and the appointment was made with me. Upon my arrival at 14:00 at the branch the employee very rudly simply said: Sorry not fitment without an appointment! Will never use PG Autoglass again or recommend to anyone. Will get another company that is willing to provide a service to fit my windscreen.

I had a windscreen replaced while I was at work and my elderly mom paid with my card. I didnt even order the windscreens I simply asked for a Quote. PG Glass Montigue gardens should be ashamed Of themselves.

Had the worst experience at the midrand branch. Struggled for ages to get a windscreen with the tinting on the top of the screen. Then got confirmation they had the windscreen. Went in this morning waited over half an hour drove my car in and then to be told oh the windscreen is too big. No apologies nothing. We will call you back when we have the correct screen. I am so angry I can't tell you! I have told them to cancel the entire claim. I will be going to someone else to get this done professionally. Pathetic

I am highly disappointed with their services. They are more expensive than most but they don't care about their customers. I was involved in a smash and grab and needed the window replaced, on top of everything I had already been dealing with, I had to del with this. A deposit was paid the Friday before the replacement was to be done. The following Monday, the balance was paid and I waited while the window was replaced. I waited for more than two hours and started to think maybe something was wrong. The replacement was completed and I was informed the car needed reprogramming by the manager as the window was replaced but it would not go all the way up, and I asked where that could be done. He responded that because I drive a Mini Cooper One, I had to go to ANY BMW, when I enquired further, he advised that this service was always simple and free. I was a little annoyed that I still had to go to a second location to complete the replacement of the window and why I was told before they touched the car that this would be a possibility. I called multiple BMW garages and went to about two and they all said they would charge me R1400.00 and above to reprogram the window, when I called PG Glass to let them know of this, they acted confused about the amount and said they would call someone at BMW and get back to me with a response and way forward. They didn't bother to call me back. I am now driving with a half open window and a door that sticks and doesn't open properly, the handles are now hard and difficult to open both from inside and outside, rain and all. My biggest annoyance is that, this isn't the first of its kind that they need to do a window replacement for, why was I not told beforehand that this would happen in order for me to explore an option like going straight to BMW to get both the window replaced and reprogrammed. I am so disappointed. They did not even provide me with an invoice for this job. The head office contacted me and told me to bring the car in to have the door looked at. I live in Brakpan and work in Centurion, why must I waste time and fuel going back to Fourways to remedy something that wasn't my fault. Fast forward, I managed to get the window reprogrammed (free an INSANE fee), now MY BLOODY DOOR WILL NOT OPEN, AT ALL. What exactly did these people do??!! They need to send someone to me or reimburse my fuel to have this nonsense fixed. I paid too much to have such an issue.

Most unhelpful bunch of people at Vredenburg branch. Placed order for windshield on Monday only to be ordered on Wednesday, still waiting for installation.

Phones PG three times. Each time I was told someone would get back to me. That was a week ago. Poor service!

Easily some of the worst service I've experienced in South Africa. They don't log claims, impossible to get hold off, excuse after excuse, mistake after mistake. No accountability, phones barely work, sitting on 2.5 weeks to get a side window repaired at this point. Dysfunctional excuse for a company. And there's nothing you can do. Insurance claims through them, and as a customer all you can is wait. Hopeless.

PG Glass Rustenburg wanted to charge me R370 to fix a small chip in my windscreen. I refused to pay that, and passed a comment that the winscreen can rather crack and be replaced before I pay that amount, and the lady agreed. I went to Pretoria and fixed 3 chips on the same windscreen for R280. PG Glass in Rustenburg just lost a customer...

So I went to get my windscreen repaired at Centurion PG GLASS on Wednesday only to be told they ordered an incorrect windscreen. They then said they would go to head office and get the correct one the same day while I waited and to my surprise they returned with an incorrect windscreen. They then arranged for a mobile fitting to be done on Thursday. That morning I got a call from their call center to confirm the booking. I gave them the correct make of my car after he had mentioned an incorrect one and for some reason they still came to my place with an incorrect windscreen.
