Requested medication on 13th which was sent to their warehouse on 16th. I have called them on 22nd and was told it should be with me in the next couple of days but has not arrived by today the 26th. I have received an email stating it should be there in 48 hours. As I’m an insulin dependent diabetic I find this totally unacceptable.
