Order delayed and arrived with ice packs defrosted, reorder discount code wouldn’t apply. Did complain and no offer to honour the discount code for my second order - very poor customer service and much more expensive than the alternative company i moved to.
The customer service expect you to pay in full then call and try and get a refund if it doesn’t do the discount, or they suggest you call and ask them to speak to their IT. A company owned by Lloyds should be well equipped enough to offer an instant discount to honour the agreement with a simple over the phone conversation.
