P2U have had 3 chances to complete an order for my Dad and have failed on each occasion, so have now given up and will just use Boots. Latest debacle was I wanted to change my Dad's GP. You can't do this online, so I called and followed up with an email. They changed to the wrong GP surgery and despite me telling them twice, they still insisted they sent it to the right place, which of course they hadn't. Finally get the right surgery, but now medication is 'dispatched' since 18th November and still no sign. Don't bother trying to call them, they don't answer and they don't bother checking back on old emails, so you have to explain every time. Dad has run out of his medication, so the poor service is leaving vulnerable people at risk. Avoid this bunch....
