Very inefficient especially considering the very serious nature of their business. Should never have signed on but I assumed that as it was NHS it could be trusted. Medication arrived after 2 weeks, ironically after I'd left this company. Couldn't track, too many stages in the operation so more chances for mistakes. Had to argue with aggressive man on the 'phone, when I did get through, about why I wanted to cancel. And that was ludicrous. Avoid like the plague.
